課程概述 |
This course provides the introduction to Industrial Organization (IO), including the study of market structures, firm theory, and some important topics in IO. The focus will be on some basic theoretical models and related empirical studies.

課程目標 |
The goal is to familiarize students with the methods and topics in IO, which can be applied to the research in the future. |
|
課程要求 |
Prerequisites: Microeconomics (1) and (2) (ECON 2018, 2019), Statistics (ECON2022), and Introductory Econometrics (ECON2023) are required. You need to know the basic knowledge of game theory and understand how to run ordinary least squares in some software.
